Taverna’s first location is in Normal, IL, where companies like EV maker Rivian have been attracting a new demographic of young professionals. RDA developed an identity that appeals to both new and long-time residents: The use of neon signs facing the highway and hand-painted graphics on the brick facade blend American signage vernacular with a Mediterranean, hand-crafted look.
