The Asian Development Bank, headquartered in Manila, is one of the world's largest development finance institutions. Active throughout Asia and the Pacific, ADB invests in infrastructure, health care services, financial and public administration systems, and helps nations better manage their natural resources. In 2012, ADB hired RDA to develop comprehensive new visual identity and publication standards.
In early 2013, ADB engaged us to create a campaign that would raise global awareness of the growing divide between Asia's rich and poor. The campaign was launched in April 2013 with ads in the Wall Street Journal Asia, the New York Times Global Edition, and Development Asia Magazine. It states the issue in visual and verbal terms that make a clear case for inclusive growth through empowerment. The campaign has been expanding through the year to include presentations at ADB's 2013 Annual Meeting in Delhi, social media, and video.
